The European Commission funded RenewIT project has released an in-depth video giving an insight into the main tools and research developed during the project.

The video was filmed on location in Spain including the research labs of the Catalonia Institute of Energy Research (IREC) in Tarragona.

Other locations included Barcelona Supercomputing Centre’s MareNostrum data centre which is located in a chapel, and the Polytechnic University of Catalonia (UPC) data centre in Barcelona.

The video provides an overview of the main software tools and research resulting from the three year project which is due to end in September 2016.
