The RenewIT project will be represented at the Nordic Digital Business Summit in Helsinki, Finland on 24 September.

The conference will include presentations from another EU research project GreenDataNet (represented by Eaton and Nissan) as well as range of other innovative datacenter technology suppliers, end-users and service providers.

Other notable presentations that are highly relevant to the research being conducted in RenewIT include VaporIO which recently developed a modular datacenter design integrated with fuel cell technology from Bloom Energy. Also Russian search company Yandex which is redirecting waste heat from its facilities into district heating systems.
