The RenewIT project was presented at Data Centre World 2015, London on Thursday 12th March.

The session was well attended by an audience of 30 or more data centre technology suppliers, data centre operators as well as renewable energy experts.

Andrew Donoghue, from RenewIT project partner 451 Research, presented the project during a 25 minute session. The presentation provided some context about the project including drivers and obstacles for adoption of renewable energy in data centres before providing some specific detail on the project scope and outcomes including the RenewIT tool. The RenewIT video was also shown during the presentation which helped to engage the audience and communicate the specific aims of the project
