RenewIT is proud to announce that our research paper, “Towards intelligent operation of Data Centres integrating renewables and smart energy systems” has been accepted for presentation and publication at EuroSun, the International Conference on Solar Energy and Buildings. This important conference will be held this year 16th-19th September in Aix-les-Bains, France.

This paper, by Eduard Oró, Ioannis Dafnomilis, Albert Garcia and Jaume Salom of IREC, presents early results from RenewIT, particularly the modelling of a medium sized Data Centre using TRNSYS to identify the potential for improvements in energy performance and operational costs.
